From its first small Brisbane based office in Slacks Creek to the current state of the art manufacturing and distribution plant in Yatala, one of Australia's fastest growing industrial areas, Cargroomers have a proud tradition of customer service that has been the cornerstone of the organisation. Cargroomers is a family business, established by Errol and Pam Woolcott with son Blair as the National Sales and Marketing Manager, daughter Kirsten and her husband Scott Smith managing the franchise operations.

Cargroomers’ first franchise operation began trading in Brisbane, Australia, in November 1990. During its introductory phase of operations the company experienced excellent growth in customer demand for its car detailing services. Additionally, it received a large amount of interest from business people all around Australia eager to secure state and regional franchise areas. By the end of its first trading year Cargroomers was operating in Queensland, Northern Territory, Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales and South Australia.

Cargroomers first foray into chemical manufacture was driven by the desire to provide a range of quality cleaning products for its franchise operators. These products were of significant benefit to other members of the motor vehicle industry, and as a result trading relationships were established with the major dealership groups in Brisbane. Our sales expanded to include distributors in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Mackay, Maryborough, Townsville, Cairns, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Tasmania, Sydney and Newcastle.

In recent years Cargroomers has expanded into the carwash market. Exhibiting at the Australian Carwash Associaiton show in 2007 and 2009, the International Carwash Association show in 2009 and 2010 and the Western American Carwash Association show in 2009, Cargroomers have introduced the Slipstream brand and product range to an excellent reception from carwash owners in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.  Future development plans focus on the continued expansion of the Cargroomers distribution network and a range of envionmentally friendly carwash and detailing products.
